Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Multi Serve Solution LLC ("MultiServe", "we", "us") collects, uses and safeguards information when you visit multiservesol.com, request a demo, contact us, or buy from us. We keep it plain: we collect only what we need, we use it only for the reasons below, and we never sell your personal data.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you give us. When you fill in a demo, quote or contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company name, and the message or product interest you share with us. If you use our live chat, we also keep the messages you send.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting collects standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you view, in order to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your enquiries and arrange demos or quotes you request;
  • provide, maintain, secure and improve our website and services;
  • send you information you have asked for about our products; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business as the lawful bases for this processing. We do not use your details for automated decision-making.

Cookies

Our site always uses a small amount of browser storage that it needs to work, such as remembering your light or dark theme and your cookie choice. We also load our live chat for every visitor. It keeps a random visitor ID in your browser, and while the page is open it shares the page you are viewing and the page that referred you with our team. If you accept, we also load Google Analytics, to count visits, and the Meta Pixel, to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising. These set cookies and send the page you view and technical details to Google and Meta; we do not send them your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form. If you choose Essential only, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel do not load. Our Cookie Policy lists every item, and you can change your choice at any time.

When you send us a form, such as a demo request, we receive the details you enter (name, business, website, email and, if you give it, phone number) and, if you arrived through a link with campaign details, which post or ad that was. We use them to reply to you and to understand which marketing works. We keep them in our own customer system (Multi Resolve).

Payments

When you buy from us, payments are processed by our payment providers, such as Whop or Stripe. You enter your card or bank details directly with them. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the details we need to run your account and keep records: your name, email, billing address, what you bought, the amount, the date, and the payment status. The provider handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Data we handle for our clients

When a business uses our software or AI Voice Receptionist, we process data about that business's own customers and callers, such as messages, call recordings, transcripts and contact details, on the business's behalf and only to provide the service to them. That business is responsible for its own privacy notice to its customers. If you are one of their customers, please contact the business first. We will help them with your request.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our website hosting, email, payment (such as Whop or Stripe), telephone and AI providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, Google and Meta receive the data described above. You can opt out at any time by choosing Essential only in our cookie settings. We may also disclose information where required by law. Our engineering team works from Pakistan, so your information may be accessed from outside the United States, under the same protections described in this policy.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for our legitimate business and legal records, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We keep purchase and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years.

Security

We serve the entire site over encrypted HTTPS and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. You can read more about our approach on our Security page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or to object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where changes are significant, take reasonable steps to let you know.
