Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Multi Serve Solution LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as MultiServe Solution ("MultiServe", "we", "us"). They apply when you use our website at multiservesol.com (the "Site") and when you buy any of our software plans or services. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy from us.
If you sign a written proposal, statement of work or agreement with us, that document applies to the work it describes, and where it conflicts with these Terms, it wins.
Who we are
Multi Serve Solution LLC is a US-registered company based in Austin, Texas. Our engineering team works from our development center in Pakistan. Our mailing address is 5900 Balcones Drive #28923, Austin, TX 78731, USA.
What we sell
- Software plans: subscriptions to our software products, including Multi Resolve, billed monthly or yearly.
- AI Voice Receptionist: an AI phone assistant we set up for your business, billed as a one-time setup fee plus a monthly plan.
- Project services: website development, custom software development and AI solutions and automation, billed by milestone.
- Monthly services: SEO, digital marketing and social media management, billed monthly.
We sell to businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to buy from us. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
Quotes, scope and prices
Prices on our pricing page are in US dollars. Service prices are starting prices. Before any paid project work begins, we agree the scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline and price with you in writing. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it in writing. We do not guarantee specific business results, such as search rankings, sales, leads or call volumes, unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
Payments
- Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, such as Whop or Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to that provider's terms.
- Charges may appear on your card or bank statement under "MultiServe" or a similar name, together with our payment provider's name.
- Project deposits and milestone payments are due before the related work starts, unless your proposal says otherwise. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them.
- Prices do not include sales tax or similar taxes unless stated. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout or on your invoice.
- If a payment fails or is late, we will let you know and may pause work or access to the service until it is paid. We will not delete your data for a failed payment without giving you notice first.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
- Software plans and the AI Voice Receptionist monthly plan renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.
- The price, billing period and renewal date are shown at checkout before you pay.
- You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or from the account where you bought the plan. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- For yearly plans, we will email you a reminder before the renewal charge. If we change a plan's price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
Refunds and cancellations
When you can get your money back, and how cancelling works for each product and service, is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Billing questions and disputes
If you do not recognize a charge, or you are unhappy with something you paid for, please contact us first at [email protected]. We reply within 24 hours on business days and will work with you to put it right, including a refund where our policy allows. Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank does not cancel your subscription, and we may pause the related service while the dispute is open. Nothing here limits your rights under your card issuer's rules or the law.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the content, access and approvals we need on time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, logos, data or phone numbers you give us.
- Use our software and the AI Voice Receptionist lawfully. You are responsible for telling your callers and customers what the law requires, for example that calls may be answered by an AI assistant or recorded.
- Do not use our products to send spam, make unsolicited robocalls, harass anyone, break anyone else's rights, or carry out anything illegal.
- Keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other customers, our systems or our payment provider at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
Ownership of work
- Custom work: once you have paid in full for a project, you own the final deliverables we created specifically for you, such as your website design and custom code. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and give you a permanent license to use any of them that are built into your deliverables.
- Software plans: our software products remain ours. Your subscription gives you the right to use them while it is active. Your data stays yours, and you can ask us for an export of it.
- Third-party items: fonts, stock images, plugins, domains, hosting and similar items are licensed from their providers on their terms.
- We may mention you as a client, or show the work in our portfolio, only with your written permission.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security;
- use automated means to scrape or overload the Site beyond reasonable use; or
- use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names and the MultiServe brand, are owned by MultiServe or its licensors. You may view and share the content for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our prior written permission. The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Warranties and disclaimer
We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care, and our software will perform materially as described. Apart from that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, our software and our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without other warranties, express or implied. We do not promise that the Site or software will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work hard to keep them secure and available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MultiServe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using our products at any time, as described above and in our Return & Refund Policy. We may end a subscription or project with written notice if you seriously break these Terms and do not fix the problem within 14 days. If we end a subscription without cause, we refund any unused prepaid time.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we will first try in good faith to resolve it informally. You agree to contact us and allow 30 days for that before starting formal proceedings. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the "last updated" date above. Changes do not apply retroactively. The version in force when you made a purchase applies to that purchase. For active subscriptions, we will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
